    Here’s mine & why:

    St John Restaurant – London
I love offal & really fancy eating in a restaurant at the forefront of nose-to-tail cooking. Somewhere that has the balls to have roasted marrow bones as its signature dish has a real appeal to me.

    Restaurant Gordon Ramsey – London
I want to see if he deserves all of those stars.

    Ristorante Nando - Grottoferrata, Italy
I had the finest meal & best dining experience of my life in this restaurant. Michelin-standard food at near-café prices. Buffalo with black truffles, home-made vanilla ice cream with 25yo balsamic vinegar, 50cl of house red for €2.30, a glass of 51yo port courtesy of the chef because I liked his food so much.

    Schweine Janes – Düsseldorf
Tote schwein und bier! (dead pig & beer!) – the finest of what Germany has to offer.

    The Morning Star – Belfast
A real hidden gem of a wee proddy pub in central Belfast that does the best home-style cooking ever!

    St John
    Fat Duck

And, well, all the stuff on the other lists too!

Did anyone see that Heston Bluementhal burger episode?? He went to this shonky burger joint nestled in a 5* hotel in NYC. I have an unusual hankering to visit it!
