A feature I'd like to see would be that when I move a thread from forum X to forum Y is if a automatic post is made saying "Thread moved from forum X to forum Y". That would remove another step in moving a thread, alert posters that the thread is in a new forum and thus subject to a different charter and prevents a good precentage of my post count being "Move from ..." type posts.

Can you not use the 'leave redirect' option?

Perhaps just update that field or something.

The leave redirect only works if the person is viewing forum X. If the person is viewing forum Y there is no indication that the thread was moved.

Sorry, I just realised what you meant.

Either a post or have something in the title would be a good idea.

Invision Power Board has this, including when a topic is locked. Tis handy.

This is more or less covered from a moderator perspective by clicking "Edit Thread" in thread tools, which allows you to see when a thread was moved, etc.

If the thread is visited by a regular user from the original location, it is clear that it has been moved due to the "moved" tag. Move implies moved to a different forum, thus potentially a different set of rules.

If it thread is visited by a regular user from the new destination forum, it doesn't matter where it was before other than for curiosity's sake.

Will not be specifically implementing this unless it comes as a default with a future vB upgrade.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
