This thread is likely to get moved. OP, I suggest you locate the mustard forum and dig in to some tasty threads all about condiments.

Its not only the heat i like, but the taste. Its so easy to get a hot souce thats hot, but the secret is to get one that tastes good.

A friend of mine convinced two of us to try it in our beer one day. The two of them went up and 15mins later came back. The two of them loved it but apparently the "inexperienced" one put waaaay too much in mine. I nearly choked, vile.

He offered to swap and while his wasnt as strong it still wasn't for me.

Is this a known thing or were they taking the piss?

I carry a bottle in my handbag when we go eat places. My Oh likes everything to taste spicy. We also have a large variety of hot sauces in the cupboard at home. His favourites being Nandos and Mama Africas.

There is (was?) a shop in the liffey (abbey?)street food mall that had a huge range of hot sauces.

It was in the place near burdocks at the halpenny bridge

The boyfriend adds it to just about everything he eats. That and jalapenos! His spicy threshold is astonishingly high!
