Over the past few months we have improved our customer service to our users and we are please to say that we now are able to offer faster payments. This means that you will be now be paid in 3 days after we receive your phone.

I sent off my phones over 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard of anything since. Sent an email a week ago atand no response.What's that about?
