    Sketch Maps....how do you do them properly?

    Believe it or not, we haven't done one since first year and I can't remember anything about them....
    Nothing in the text book saying how to do them either....

    What I do is put a three point axis on the map itself and where I want to draw the map, and work it from there. The three lines go from the corners to the opposite one, and then one down th middle as well.

    Important things are
    -Include a frame, the same shape as the map/photograph
    -Include a title
    -If using a legend, box it in with your frame
    -Use colour, makes it stand out
    -Include a north face, if applicable

    Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test
