Hi Everyone, Just wondering, I may be moving out of my current place in June and was thinking of getting a place to rent in Rathmines... does the price in accommodation go down a bit there at this time of year due to students going home?

I think the pattern over the last few years has been foreign students coming over for the summer, so there isn't likely to be a seasonal drop in prices.

No is the short answer. Unless you are looking for short-term lease the time of year will not affect price.
