Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Percolation Test failed

I got a FI request and the planner said to redo the PT. So we did it in the same spot, and the planner came out and failed it - water table too high.
Advised to test other areas of the site which might be better. In addition to digging holes all over the site, what other options do I have to improve the condition of my drainage. I want to exhaust all avenues before I throw in the towel. Any thoughts? Thanks.

In this day and age its hard to see how it could be an outright fail because of a high water table. Raised bed perolation and treatment plant with pump usually overcomes even the worst conditions. Once the percolation pipes are 1m above watertable it should be ok.

Also, ploughing the area to break any layers of clay up and reduce the watertable sometimes helps but depends on the site
