If the weekend car is not a classic car, you will need a second insurance policy and you will need to build up your no claims bonus from scratch. You could change your NCB over to the weekend car and start build up a new NCB on your daily driver

If the weekend car is a classic car, you can get classic insurance if you qualify (one condition typically is that you must be over 25). This could limit the mileage you do with the car. Classic insurance is generally very cheap but cover could be limited to 3rd party cover only. Many classic policies are different so you will need to get a quote for your particular car / situation. If you plan on buying a classic, read the stickies in the Classic Car forum or ask questions there
