Sports Complex question.

    Probably gonna try the Sports Complex gym tomorrow, haven't seen it before. Does anyone know how much it is for 1 session and do they have a decent weights section?
    Not looking for a gym membership, just the 1 day will do me :)

    AFAIK the Jym in the IT is open to the public for a fee. Not sure of the details.

    Yup, it was indeed closed for renovations, I think it's back open now.
    Any idea how much it costs? Wont be back in Sligo until Friday anyway.

    Dingding, unless the college bought some decent weights for their gym would be no real use to me, thanks for the reply though!

    Not a clue! The Park is €8 a day I think.

    I joined the Complex before for a month.
    I think it was about 40 for the month.
    Why do you just want to do one day?

    Not living in Sligo, only down for the weekend so wanted to get a bit of training done.
    Won't be down til after Paddy's day now so I'll have a look then, cheers Gillie.
