Mods, please move this if it's in the wrong place. My fiance set up a business (music school) last summer. She is now wondering how she submits her tax and when it needs to be in by? There is 1 other teacher working with her in the business. Anyone have any advice?

It all depends on the structure of her business. If she is self employed she will need to make a return by 31 October 2008. If you want to give me more info or PM me I can give you more assistance
