Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My grannys been having trouble getting the keyboard/mouse to work so I'm trying to fix it now. As soon as I start the PC I get one of those 'Windows has failed to start properly' boxes where it lets you boot normally, safe mode, last good config etc.

All of the options freeze during the boot image yoke, the thing that says Windows XP and theres the scrolling blue bars underneath.

What could be doing this? Will I have to re-install Windows?

    Its XP SP2

Ensured keyboard/mouse are plugged in correctly? Are they wireless? Are They both usb powered? USB powered ones sometime need a setting in bios changed to "allow them" and if there wireless ensure keyboard battery is changed and its connected to the receiver... You only see those boot options (Normal, safe mode etc...) due to windows being shut down incorrectly, ie using the power button
