Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Vs Mark Coleman in Minneapolis in August

Coleman was just inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame, he was a great fighter back in the day, the first guy to master ground n pound. He competed in the Olympics as a wrestler and he's fought a bit of pro wrestling here and there

He's 43 now though and hasn't really done anything noteworthy in about 8 years. Brock's taking this one I think. But I don't think I'll ever be betting against Brock!

Just checked out Coleman's wiki page.

He won't have fought in about 18 months by the time he fights Brock, and it will be almost nine years since he last competed in UFC and he lost his last three fights there.

Haven't seen him fight but just by a comparative look at both fighters stats it looks like Brock should be taking this one. Like Fozzy said, Coleman is 43 so he is bound to be a fair bit slower than Brock and his stamina probably won't be near Brock's level.

It's a good fight for Brock, beating the first ever UFC champ will give him some serious credibility if he can do it convincingly and finish him inside the rounds I reckon

Brock has to win this one. If he dose not, I cant see Dana throwing a big heap of money at him for another fight. The doubters will have a field day.

I don't really know what to make of it other than I know I'll be watching.
