    New league just launched, website looks amazing and they've already got alot of big name sponsors on board.

    It looks like it could be the next big league, check it out.

    its fail as there is almost some shameless "fad" league that trys to cash in on a new games success - 90% of them dont last longer then 8 months before they disappear into obscurity - im not begrudging the organisers for trying - just calling it as i saw it

    While I would agree with you this one seems to be the fanciest fad league that I have ever seen , looks like there is a lot of effort gone into it . Also they don't seem to be aiming it at solely the newest game .

    Holy christ you guys are idiots.
    I was just kidding, FGL is shaping up to be one of the best leagues around, it's run and funded by Futurtech (HEY GUYS, THESE PEOPLE MAKE 3DMARK AND LITERALLY GET MONEY THROWN AT THEM BY ATI AND NVIDEA), and has the attention of every major player/team who exists. They're not "Jumping on the bandwagon", this is a league that's started by a major company with what is commonly referred to as "**** you money".

    Basically, FGL is going places, get some brains.

    And I can totally tell Hercule made that post without any clue who Futurtech are.

    "futuremark" make 3dmark not "futurtech" - or was that a sarcastic attempt to come off as a ranting troll?

    In retrospect tho from looking at the sponsors/affiliates - it deffo has some good backing.

    Thought so, either way, a quick google shows Futurtech to be an absurdly rich IT consulting company.

    The team list is god awful. FGL isn't going anywhere fast without any of the core teams.
