Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

Having bought a property in the Canary Islands I am now supplying all the relevant papers to the banks over there (got a mortgage there). My contact over there has asked me to supply an Original Hesperian.

After talking to her I am still a little bit unsure as to what this is and where I get it from. Has anybody used these and can explain to me what they are?Do I get this from my bank here to establish my income or something?

Or even have a direct English translation!

    Thanks for advice

    Hi,
Unfortunately I could not find a possible meaning of the term which could apply to your case. I'd suggest to ask your agent to write you an email in original language, so you can post it here and some native speaker can help you more easily. :)

Why aren't you asking your solicitor?
