Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    No apparently their 'life' sentence is eight years. Only read just there that there's no mandatory life sentence here, it's at the discretion of the courts. I thought, when I typed that message, that life is always eight years.

    i think that could almost make the sentence easier on the offender

    Prison might make him regret doing it (possibly just for the fact that he got caught) but it doesn't mean he will be genuinely sorry for it.

    He thought about it and he did it on more than one occasion. He was convicted a criminal and a criminal he shall stay.
