Perlico - Broadband from Smart?

Is this possible, im a Perlico customer, and just want a broadband from Smart, is this possible? Or do i have to move my phone service to Smart also, and pay cancellation fees to Perlico?

To get Smart BB, you must have your phone services with Smart.
