    The Log Title is a pisstake really!!

    I'd say im actually a little heavier than when i started it.

    I've gained a nice lump of muscle and im a good bit stronger than i was. But not as strong as i should be by now.

    I've gained a nice lump of muscle and im a good bit stronger than i was. But not as strong as i should be by now.


    Well keep at it, but motivation is the key to achieving your goals remember!! You're heavier because you have built up your muscles-you should take a 'before' and then an 'after' photo-it's amazing when you see the difference!

    I'm clearly retarded!! Went swimming with some of the family around 1, still wasn't feeling the May West but decided to do somethin in the gym, basically did 5 x 10 tricep pushdowns and a curl or two and some rehab stuff, just felt like ****. Buddy rang me a few hours later to go gymin and i said **** it go on so, tis a pity i'd done that little bit earlier it just took the edge off my tricep strength anyhoo...

    Today

    120kg x 6 ( sickend it wudda bin a 7 if i hadn't done that stuff earlier)

    I love the feeling of benching reps with 120 it's class!! i can only imagine how cool it'd be to be able to pump out reps with 130 or 140:)

    had a feeling i could get stuck for time so cut a few reps off the usual PC stuff

    Hang Cleans and Press
    60kg x 5

    Power Clean and Push Press

    100kg x fail.... i hate you 100kg... i'm never going to be able to do it till i at least attempt to sort out my form a little bit.:mad:

    130kg 5x5*:)

    * very nearly blacked out on the fourth rep of the fifth set, so the last rep was probably high, i can't be sure i couldn't actually see anything at the time:o:D
