    Trying to get through to physio as we speak...............:(

    In other news Drifter got 150 for 10 so i guess he's not getting any poon this weekend.:) He also said ripped 6 times in the car on the way in.

    My back is ****ed.
    Warmed up as far as 180 and then realised that i really shouldn't have.
    Got 50 chins.
    I currently weigh a ton it would seem.
    Tried to do DB rows but i couldn't lift the Dumbell off the rack.
    Did i mention my back is ****ed.

    Whereabouts are they? I usually go to united physio out in castletroy, fella called johnson mcevoy. he's alright.

    Hot Physio telling me i'm massive = Win


    Unfortunately she didn't know what a deadlift was....... something to do with a slight something or other in a disk, it's not bulging which is good apparently, i really wouldn't have much faith in her but im a sucker for a good rub so i'll get over it!!

    Get to the doc, i hurt my back about a month ago it was horrible, everything ya do its just there niggling away..few days of prescription anti inflammatories and i was a new man! Thought it would never go away for a while

    Definitely need to get yourself checked out I thought there was nothing wrong with me a little rest wouldn't cure and I wasn't right for almost a year.
