    Probably the happiest i've felt in a while in the gym... those dumbells just look the shizzle :P

    First time ever trying to press over 30kg 'bells i think so hopefully a few weeks will see some nice reps.

    why the hell is my incline db compared to my bench so high? i can press the 37.5s on incline, yet you bench a good 30kg+ more than me.

    he's quite larger than you in the upper area and the mans traps are the size of small house's....oh and his arms are shorter so the bar has less to travel...your deadlift is 10000000's times better than his though...

    he's still fat aswell..

    i haven't done dumbell work in god knows how long.

    it's not shifting the weight that's difficult it's stabilising it.

    also, my triceps are quite strong that might hve something to do with it.
