    unmitigated disaster, felt class warming up, hit the first rep of all double attempts like there was no weight on the bar, and could not for the life of me stick a double.

    There were many many many attempts above these (when i basically lost all reason), after going back down first, and then hitting these on the way back up, just so i would actually have some doubles and would avoiding having to ****ing kill myself!

    It is very difficult to snatch when some absloute plonker is standing a foot away from you.

    Also,I had to abort my first working set as the bar was getting to the hips, because a ****ing tool decided to walk onto the platform, which is about the size of the toilet in a particularily ****ing **** caravan.

    As I see it, if you're stupid enough to walk in front of someone throwing weights around you probably deserve to get clocked in the head with something heavy anyway

    'Miss' a few where you throw the bar forwards, people stay away then. It's ridiuclously annoying when someone steps on the platform as you're about to lift, only happened me once so far though.

    As the lads said let a few fly and that will sort it....its common practice in your old gym to do it for the first 3 weeks in sept as part of your warm up to train in the new students...

    hell...even i let a 20kg kbell fly there last night...
