    Why i didnt leave my shoes on for the hang cleans is beyond me.

    Training is melting my brain, head was all over the shop in the gym.
    Then i went completely the wrong way when i was trying to psych myself up, i talk to myself alot before sets, and i just said something stupid that completely threw my focus, not that there was much there to begin with.

    Meant to say, the fourth set of squats today was 1-4, i did one rep and i just didn't want to do anymore!

    Look a deload is simple you sit at home eating and watching tv. Done. What's the point in fannying around with 60% weights?

    Cos you stiffen up, get lazy, and get sloppy when it comes to lifting!

    And you get fatter. But that's not really a concern here.

    Just had a look there, that's pretty much what i was planning, i must be a genius.:pac:

    Although mine includes doing everything else i can with as much weight as i can.....
