    first four were stupidly easy, i then failed the 5th behind 3 times before i got it. It was just that far behind that i could hold it and fight it but not stand up. Needless fails tbh.

    after jerking solidly on tuesday, i have once again completely lost the ability to hold a jerk!

    as easy as they should be, did 'em because my leg drive is non-existant on jerks.

    Painful enough tryign to hold position over the knees with the snatch. Cleans are just plain uncomfortable. Still, i can lift without disintegrating. Jerks were snappy :).

    I may have to go find a deadlift again in the next few months.
