    My capacity to recover is similiar to that of a dead fish.

    I once caught a fish....I smashed its head in with a mitre.
    It was still kicking 10 min later.

    It effectively recovered from being killed.

    It was tasty too.
    Good times.

    felt great was going really well, then some guy asked if he could deadift in front of me, unfortunately i failed to realise that he was a complete fucking vegetable.

    Took 5 minutes to do his first warm up set, his last set took ten.

    Was frozen at this stage, attmepted to keep snatching, then attmepted some hangs, got 106, gave up..

    Clean/Powerclean/Hang clean/ Press/ Jerk
    messing for 10minutes to try and warm up again
