Might be heading to Limerick in the near future, starting work in the Mayorstone/ennis rd. area.

Would like to live in one of the following, Raheen/Dooradoyle, Annacotty/Castletroy??

    Any suggestions??

e.g, traffic going to work, the area itself.. etc

    Many thanks

what times would you be working? traffic is a bitch at peak times all over the city.I would suggest somewhere around Caherdavin or even in town, If you're doing shift work then there shouldn't be too much problems with traffic depending of course on what time you're starting and finishing.

Raheen/Dooradoyle and Annacotty/Castletroy are all at opposite sides of the city to Mayorstone/Ennis Road. Unless you work oddish hours your going to be hitting heavy traffic as you have to cross over the Shannon river.

Handiest places would be Caherdavin, Clareview, Shelbourne Park or city centre.

my mum works at maternity which = funny hours so mum and dad can live in the castletroy area 'cause she's either starting early and coming home before the evening traffic or leaving late and coming home while everyone is getting up.

i would defo go for caherdavin/mayorstone/clareview/ashbrook if you are going to be working "normal" hours as the traffic out that side of town is just ridiculous it would take well over an hour and a bit to get to the opposite side of town at peak times which is very very frustrating when the journey should normally take 10 minutes:mad:
