    As a relative new comer to the forum, I find it funny that people would baulk at meeting their fellow forumites in person. Particularly considering that some of you (us) spend a considerable part of most days on here if not actively posting then keeping a check on whats happening. You already probably spend more time in a week communicating with the people here than you do talking to some of your friends.

    My point being that flesh'n'bone friends are better than virtual ones.

    ... I am hoping that if/when the gathering takes place and I am there that you will all turn out to be hot babes, who, on top of being stone-cold foxes all have a passion for pro audio...

    I think its a great idea.

    I'm busy this weekend (and most weekends) so wont be able to make it.
    I reckon Wed/Thurs might be better evenings for some people. :D

    Lads I'd love to go but I can't this evening.

    Perhaps the Moderators should pick a date and a venue for a couple of weeks time and give us all time to clear diaries , or fill them, as the case may be!

    I love to meet people who are interested in the stuff I'm interested in -
    Name Dropping, Showboating, Givin' Out about 'Franz Lite' bands... that kind of thing......
