    Sorry if this is in wrong section.

    I have just started with a company using Lotus Notes. My email was set up as some_name@comapny.ie(note the underscore in the name. When i send a mail within the comapny is dispalys as my proper name with a space i.e. Joe Bloggs but when i send it to an email outside, i.e. a gmail address it displays as sender - Joe_Bloggs.

    Basically my question is can you change the outgoing display name like you can in Microsoft Outlook.

    More than likely your company are following a naming convention for addresses so you will be unlikely to be able to change it.

    You could request your IT dept to change your "internet address" in the domino directory but if they do have a naming convention it is very unlikely that they will do it just for you
