I have searched but cant find the answer. Can anyone tell me whether I need more filters for this setup please.

My inlaws House has two phone points.

Bedroom has regular phone connection with DSL Filter fitted

Main hallway has regular phone and dect phone connected via a Y splitter into single point

I have added the DSL splitter to this socket and the Netopia modem is running off the DSL side of it, and now the hall phone and dect are running off the phone side of it through a standard Y splitter.

Is this set up ok? Basically two phone devices filtered by the one DSL filter?

Everything seems to be working ok.

    Thanks,
    John

    So downstairs you have:

    Socket > Filter > Y-Adapter > Phones?

    That should work fine.
