Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Happens quite frequently in Ireland too. Microsoft etc seek what is known as an Anton Pillar Order from the courts prior to going into an office and then they find out how many versions of the software are running and match these against the amount of licences that have been purchased.

so out of the blue they can walk in the office and check . or do they ring or mail them to say they will pop by to check pcs/

With an anton pillar order they are often acting on a 'tip off' that there is unlicensed software being used. In those circumstances, they wouldn't ring ahead :-) they just turn up with the court order and generally a neutral solicitor to supervise and witness what happens.
