Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Legal advice suggestion

mods - if this is the wrong place for this please move!

I think a lot of people ask legal or quasi legal questions because they do not know where they can go to ask these things or can't afford a solicitor. Maybe a standard response should be drafted that encloses information such as links to free legal advice clinics and also to Money Advice and Budgeting Service which can assist in such issues.

I understand completely why boards is against giving legal advice and how this is against the charter. By not consistently enforcing the rule, I would suggest that boards also puts itself at risk.
