Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm having some difficulty finding sample court cases in relation to this act. Does any one know of any examples or particular books/Journals i could get this information.. I've checked the Journals in the Library but i've had no luck with (examples)

    You will need to look at the employement appeals tribunal and the Labour court.

    The LRC website should have judgements and decisions on it. As should the Labour court site.
