    GF got a letter from volvo recalling her 06 s40.. brake vacuum pump issue.

    quotes

    "in certain cold start conditions,"

    " drivers may experience a reduction in braking assistance     "

    apparently some valve in the brake vacuum pump needs to be replaced and a fair few s40's / c30's are being recalled..


    "quickly as possible" have car booked in.....

    it is apparently affecting some C30 / S40 / V50's
