Is there an problem with editing posts?

I'm having difficulty using the wysiwyg editor, no line feeds in original post.

When editing posts 1 can't get into the advanced editor and the standard editor is hanging after the save button is pressed.

If I navigate off the pages the changes get lost so it's not just a screen refresh issue. I'm using FF 2.0.0.12 with XP SP2. If I use IE there doesn't seem to be a problem. Is it just me?

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum. Mods please move as you see fit. Thanks.

That looks nothing like I typed all formatting is gone.

    Fixed.

I've just reinstall FF and it's still happening. It must be just me and I have no idea what's causing it.

In a FF reinstall does it remove the old profiles? Or use the same ones again when it's reinstalled. Try creating a new profile.

This article describes how to perform a completely clean reinstall of Firefox:

We've had no other reports of this problem so it's almost certainly your browser causing the problem.

    Thanks for that folks.

I cleared all private data and it seems to have solved the problem.
