Non stick cooking/baking spray

Was at a cookery course and the chef-dude was using a non-stick spray for the tins. It was really very very good. He said it was only available in catering suppliers -
I think it was 'ancel' brand. It was a pressurised spray (like a can of air freshner) not like the other oil sprays which seem to be pump action.

I know there are those low-cal sprays out there - but this seemed to get great coverage over the tins for baking.

    Has anyone come across it?

Brand name is showing nothing on google, might be wrong.

I use a tiny bit of sponge and just wipe it on.

Yeah - I've tried to find it myself with no luck. I could have sworn it was Ancel!

It was very effective I have to say, everything popped out perfectly!
