Hi all, Im interested in purchasing an old cottage in Roscommon. Could anyone reccomend a solicitor in Roscommon who won't cost me an arm and a leg? I rang one this morning and he wouldnt even give me a rough figure until he saw the owners contract which is understandable but what can I expect to pay? Thanks.
