    A lot of people on here have websites, blogs etc and I was wondering if maybe it could be worthwhile doing up banners etc for Boards.ie?

    I'd be happy to have them on a few of my sites and I'm sure others would too. I know Boards.ie doesnt advertise as such and grows by word of mouth but I'm sure it could ease the guilt for some who feel they just cant do enough to thank this place ;)

    Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

    One I threw together for an ad campaign a week or two ago. Of course if someone wants to make up something snazzy with Flash I wouldn't object :)

    My flash skills are ... well ..... non-existant.

    Anyway if its something that people would be interested in then we can get a set put together of different sizes etc.

    As a matter of interest was the ad campaign something of your own back or is advertising something thats being looked at?

    Looking into banner exchanges with other large social networking sites, nothing dramatic :)

    Yeah, if I got a reciprocal link for my business site I might be interested. Otherwise why would I give another business free advertising? :confused:

    If you happen to be getting circa 17 million page impressions a month, drop us a mail at sales@boards.ie, that's really the only way banner advert swapping would be mutually beneficial.

    Sorry if I gave the impression that we were looking for banner swaps, we're not, the one I threw together is the only one we've ever had to the best of my knowledge.

    Better place for the actual topic would be Digital Art & Design :)
