I got a letter from SGS saying I will be doing my test with them and to contact them on 1890 927 218. When I try to ring it I get the no such number beep. This is the same number as displayed on their web site. What to do? :(

That's the right number ,I just tried it now and got through .There might have been a fault earlier today , they are normally quick to answer and actually quite helpful and accommodating as well .
