I am currently thinking of buying a new car. I have viewed one and am pretty sure it's OK. Eveything is good the price, the mileage and history. I've got a report from cartell.ie to make sure and everything is OK. It's an import from Northern Ireland so I got a UK history report as well and it's OK. I also have received a Finance report to say no finance is owed.

My question is, how reliable is this Finance Report from cartell and is there a any way the owner could have concealed the fact that the car is part of a Finance agreement? Thanks in advance.
