That was one of the best things I've ever heard. Thank you.

    Unbelievable.

    Glad you like it! :D

I think she's incredible, really versatile musician taking in a lot of Jazz, Classical, Rock and Electronica influences. I heard her, and instantly had to order all her albums, just spectacular stuff altogether. Here's some more stuff, rather different though:

On the topic of epic though, here's another awesome track, incredible just how big a sound she gets, so full:

Thats really pretty special. I always think it's such a shame how much music we miss out on in the west, especially from Japan. I've come across some amazing stuff but it really takes a lot of effort. I would have never heard any of that if you hadn't have linked to it.

That second song there, for some reason, could have been the synth she uses, reminded me of the Edgar Winter Group song 'Frankenstein'. That's a pretty epic song now:

Have a listen/watch. (I think His Winterness died recently, could have been late last year...)

EDIT: In fact, no, he's still alive and well.

Most epic songs ever for me would probably be..

The Poet and the Pendulum, Ghost Love Score (Nightwish)
Octavarium, In the Presence of Enemies, Endless Sacrifice, The Glass Prison (Dream Theater)

    Great ones, those.

    +1 for the big Zim

Rosalita and Spirit in the Night by Bruce Springsteen are also epic, especially live.

BooYea!!! BTW, on the Japanese artist Karl mentioned, wow! I've seen videos of metal guitarists, whom were seriously fast btw, but I don't think technicality get far better than that!

Bon Jovi has no place here, or anywhere. I would only rank that song with
    No Matter What - Boyzone
    It's about as epic
