    odds on a Torres hat-trick?

    Mike.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,663 ✭✭✭JoeyJJ

I'd fancy getting a goal against Newcastles defence (except Given top class imo)

PP offering 14/1 on Torres hattrick

Betfair are giving 16/1 to anyone to get a hatrick....

Alot better, Gerrard could get one either. Yossi scored one earlier in the season.

Not a bet for me though.

Yossi scored two - Havant and Besiktas

    Mike.

Is babel starting? He is due a hatrick, his right foot is just itching to get 3 goals in a game..

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,772 ✭✭✭jameshayes

    They lay value is better for the hatrick- 16.5(dropped) to back and 1.06 to lay;

€6 bet to back is 93€
€100 euro to lay is €6

Arsenal have to be the best bet of the weekend!
    Full bank job for me.

They'll kick on from Milan result.

    Mike.

    The big questions is;

Who is going to fumble in the FA Cup, Man U, Chelsea or Boro

  • Registered Users Posts: 602 ✭✭✭will1977

I can see Boro come unstuck

  • Registered Users Posts: 485 ✭✭macshadow

Of those three, Boro most likely.
Doin these in an FA accu, Man U under 2.5, chelsea over 2.5, Boro under 2.5,
    WBrom draw.

Betfair have an accumulator at the moment with ManU/Chelsea/Boro wins @ 2.84 & lay @ 3.2

I'm sure you could get the lay at 2.9~ would be a great bet..

Well the thread says weekend prem but may as well expand it into weekend football.

Lost on the Eircom League with Galway tonight. Bohs might have those away doubts banished. Onto the upcoming football Sat and Sun:

    4 bets all singles.

    Everton (5/4) v Sunderland

Sunderland have good home form considering their league position but i have to go with Everton to beat them. Sunderland's record against teams in the top half is awful. Only Derby are worse which is not good for them.

    Liverpool (2/5) v Newcastle

There's the problem with the 'pool having to play their champions league game and the perception that they lose before it. Let's face it they're playing Newcastle. Their horrendous and Liverpool will take them a bit more seriously than Barnsley.

    Rochdale (6/4) v Mansfield

Mansfield have failed to win any of their last seven home games. Rochdale's home form is awful of late losing 5 in a row however away from home, where it matters for this game, they have won 8 of the last ten. That includes a victory over the MK Dons despite Rochdale being down to ten men for the entire game following an early sending off. 6/4 is an amazing price for Rochdale to win.

    Nottingham Forest (6/5) v Crewe

Crewe have failed to win their last five games at home. Nicky Maynard is out for this game which doesn't help them. Forest can be dodgy at times at the prices they usually hover around but i think they can take this game.

Rochdale and Liverpool are my favourite of the two and i have to go with Rochdale as best pick. Hopefully a profit to be had this weekend for all!

1 Man Utd v Portsmouth (Backing Man Utd OR The Draw @ 1.08)
2 Liverpool v Newcastle (Backing Liverpool OR The Draw @ 1.1)
3 Doncaster v Port Vale (Backing Doncaster OR The Draw @ 1.05)
4 East Fife v Albion (Backing East Fife OR The Draw @ 1.11)
    5 Inter v Reggina (Backing Inter @ 1.29)
    6 B Munich v Karlsruhe (Backing B Munich @ 1.28)
    7 Panathinaikos v Larissa (Backing Panathinaikos @ 1.35)

    Pays just over 3.

Screaming bet for me is over 2.5 in the Liverpool match.
Liverpool are on fire, newcastle cant defend and owen will more than likely poach something.
    Lumping on to be honest
    €100 @ 5-6

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,494 ✭✭✭m.j.w

Went for 100 euro treble on Man Utd 1/3,Chelsea 1/3,Arsenal 4/9. Was gonna add Blackburn but I can see that ending in draw

That does seem a good bet alright. 3-1, 4-1 perhaps? Although 2-1 will do the trick. Might have some of that.

Considering laying liverpool today. Can say Michael Owen having a good match and maybe Newcastle snatching a draw. Surely they are due a result
