Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

After accidentaly (dont know how?) changing the block of color that goes with the text with icons on the desktop, now all have an ugly blue box around their text description (IE the shortcut for Firefox on the desktop has Firefox written in white as its title but on a ugly blue background) How do you get it back to normal transparency so that there is no background color on any of your icons/shortcuts whatsoever and you just see your wallpaper?

    Thanks!:)

Did you try just switching back to the default Windows XP theme in Display Properties->Appearance?

Tried, still the same. (The blue box set against the text header is on every single icon/shortcut on the desktop)

I think I see it now, right click My Computer then go to Properties->Advanced then Settings (under Performance). Make sure 'Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop' is ticked.
