About 45mins, but will cost you nearly £70 one-way.

Surely you've enough time to get the train? Stansted Express to Tottenham Hale in 30mins, then a taxi up to the barriers on Park Lane. Same time taken, will cost you just over £20 for return train ticket and the taxi to the barriers.
