Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dead cert peno on Ronaldo there, joke a decision, don't understand how you couldn't give that. That is an utter ludicrous decision

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,908 ✭✭✭Daysha

WTF at the ref!?! Disgraceful stuff

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

Like I can understand not giving stuff in case they might be dives, he's earnt that special treatment, but like, there's no way that could even be considered a dive. Nuts decision.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

I think Ronaldo has been fouled 6 times in 10 minutes so far

about time there was a booking.....3 fouls on ronaldo and one not given inside the box inside 10 mins. great start for united. people give out about ronaldo diving, but he gets more fouls than everybody else in the premiership and just gets on with it.

At last the rooney is a good finsiher debate is finally settled

well done to lad on the line but tevez should have stuck it low into far corner.

Refs not having the best of games so far, hoping it's not going to be one of those days although it's too early to say

portsmouth have parked up the team bus in front of their goal. playing 10 men behind the ball. uniteds best chances have come on the break from pompy set pieces which is all they are counting on.

it was pure luck. james saved it and it only hit of carrick. he never actually made proper contact once he fell over.

Off the post by Evra, good save by James

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 20,346 ✭✭✭✭KdjaCL

lol off the post witha screamer.

carrick only had to throw a leg at it, betcha a striker would have thrown his balls at it to get it over the line.

no red card......that was a disgrace.

only one replay and it looked like his face caught baros, imo baros could have stayed on his feet but there was contact.

Nani dived 5 mins ago. Jesus, Man U invented the ****ing habit. It's nice to see the Manc's get a bit of their own medicine. By the way, calling someone Scum is a banned I believe.

man, it was blatently obvious that kuszczak took him down. jesus some people. the red card decision could have gone either way though....

fair dues to rooney and anderson getting back though, where were the united back 4 ??????

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 16,658 ✭✭✭✭Peyton Manning

Fratton Fred, contrary to your beliefs, "Man U" did not invent diving, cheating or genocide.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,972 ✭✭✭✭mike65

Hilarious and I'm going to lose a fiver if Pompey win. :D

Did the ref not get the memo?

Isnt the ruling that if its a professional foul deemed to stop a clear goal, then only a Red card can be the outcome? Its not about severity of the foul, its about the intent behind it.
