DSL only product - w/o line rental

    Just checking back on the off chance that its possible to do this with regular DSL (not wireless/cable)??

    no, there is (possibly) a DSL only product with no calls, we also pay by far the highest unbundling charges in the EU, unbundling IS line rental .

    There is no "naked DSL" product in Ireland currently....

    Not a snowballs chance in hell.
    eircom use dsl bundled with line rental to gouge your pockets.

    Have BT Ireland stopped doing naked DSL on unbundled lines? They used to in their last push (which must be in the region of more than 5 years ago now!)

    with ntl / chorus you can now get BB without a TV subscription

    I can only imagine how much naked DSL will cost when it arrives - what's the wholesale price again ?

    We have a DSL-Only line from Magnet in one of our offices, it's ADSL2+, and i think we're on Merrion exachange, Dublin 2.

    Whoever supplies naked DSL will still pay wholesale line rental to eircom - the cost of which will be passed on to you - whether its pointed out on the bill as line rental or not.
