modding xbox hdvd drive for PC use

Thinking of modding my xbox hddvd drive to fit inside one of my old pc's. Had a quick google and couldn't find info on any examples of this. I know the hddvd drive has a slightly odd connector but can't really find any decent info on it. Any advice?

Google says the 360 HDDVD uses a notebook type connection, and you need an adapter to connect them.
