    Just curious, is there any bona fide graffiti artists in Balbriggan/Skerries or is it just taggers?

    No there isn't their just stupid kids with a spray cans, that can just about spell their own names!

    This was what Judge delap(R.I.P) used to sentence younglads from fingal for various minor crimes (stupidity mainly)...
