The Canada Student Work Programme offered by USIT is now full, does anyone know if it possible to obtain student work visas or does this mean my friends and I cannot travel to Canada??

My cousin an her friend came over last summer, but they had to go with a slightly more complicated route (I'll ask what she did and get back to you).

I've had about half a dozen cousins miss the boat on the Student Work Programme. Seems like you need to camp outside the place (so to speak) just to get on by the sound of things. Its been annoying really, Alberta had a massive labour shortage the past two summers but the feds don't want to give more student work permits.
