    Looking to set a site up pretty quickly guys. Does anyone know of any good html or xml templates out there to use>

    Just looking to select a template and add text and a few images really

    html & xml are two very different things. It's html or xhtml I presume you're after ... try open source web design. they're a bit "bloggy" but some nice ones there.
