requirements for mature students in england??

    my friend is considering going to college in england as a mature student but doesnt have a levels or the equivalent...he has the equivalent of o levels...could anyone give me an idea of what his chances are or does anyone know of any organisation where i might be able to get more info?? any help appreciated!!

    I applied as a mature student here in Ireland. It was all down to an interview and I had to write a couple of essays. I don't think school results count as much. They want to see that you will be able to keep up with the course and that you'll fit in. Not sure about the UK.
