    Hi there folks

    I am looking at employing a Sales Rep to well sell for me :)

    Does anyone have any recommendations of where to go to look for a decent sales rep?

    Hi,
    I'd agree with the previous poster, haggle with the agency you finally deal with.

    It's also very important to have a very concise brief of the duties and your expectations for the role. The same is true for any role you're trying to fill.

    A good salesperson is worth their weight in gold, but from your own side of the cheque book its very important to set down clear goals and objectives from the outset. That way you can measure performace from the off, otherwise you could be 3 months down the road with nothing to show for it except sales rep travel expenses.

    hi there,

    what type of product would this person be selling? and what part of the country?

    becuase different agencies specialise in differnt areas.
