Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bit of a "how long is a piece of string" but €1000/m2 is a good starting point. took at the stickies for various build costs.

Building costs in Meath would be akin to rural Dublin prices so i would imagine that you are looking at something in the region of €110 - €120 per sq. foot. That is for your standard build but will not include kitchen, bathroom fittings, stoves, painting/tiling/landscaping and sewage treatment system etc

In saying that I think building costs would have slipped back a little but if you know any good local builder ask him for a round figure without a plan just to get you up and going.
